Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at the Comic-Con Museum - 2131 Pan American Plaza San Diego CA 92101

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take approximately 60 minutes.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

No.

What if the weather is bad?

The experience is located entirely indoors. The museum will be open, rain or shine.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

It is a walk through experience with no seating available within the exhibit. There are benches available throughout the museum.

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store

We recommend getting your tickets ahead of time through the App. It will be possible to purchase tickets on site, but please keep in mind that tickets are limited and availability on site is not guaranteed.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Beyond Amazing: Spider-Man - The Exhibition can only be purchased on Fever or onsite at the Comic-Con Museum front desk. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us

What does my ticket include?

Tickets to Spider-Man: Beyond Amazing - The Exhibition also include access to the entire Comic-Con Museum.

Is this a child-friendly environment?

All ages welcome.

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before your ticket time. This will allow guests time to secure parking and arrive to check in at the museum entrance.

What happens if I arrive late?

The museum will make every attempt to accommodate late arrivals in the next available time slot.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, alcohol, smoking or vaping, external food/beverages or anything which may disturb the other patrons.

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals are allowed.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes.

Is there parking nearby?

Free parking is available throughout Balboa Park. During busy times, these lots fill up quickly! It is recommended that you arrive early or take advantage of public transportation and/or ride share services.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Docent-led tours are available via reservation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe. The Comic-Con Museum will be following all local and federal COVID guidelines. You can read the safety measures here.

Should I wear a mask?

Masks are not required. For the safety and comfort of everyone, masks are recommended in all indoor spaces per CDC guidelines.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers (no flash). Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there a Military discount?

Yes. All active duty and veterans are $24. Military ID will be required at entry.
